Delivery costs include any applicable taxes and fees.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order.
How does it work?
If you choose Home Delivery, the order will be delivered by courier during working hours. We remind you that someone needs to be present at delivery to sign for the package.
After the failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a note with instructions on further delivery attempts, or take your package to the nearest Access Point, if there is one in your area.
What should I do if my order hasn't delivered yet?
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we invite you to:
- Check the order status in the Orders section of your account, or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation email in the Follow your Order page
- Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct
- In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier

Can I choose a delivery date/time?
It is not currently possible to choose a specific date and time for delivery. You can try to contact the courier directly to organize the delivery.
